I wasted almost 5 years...

In 2019 I signed up for an expensive coaching program that helped me build an online course about branding. I wanted to create passive income that could help me be financially secure as I made major changes in my life, including leaving the toxic micro-aggressions of corporate.

I had successfully enrolled students into my beta program by March 2020 and was set to launch the next month. But then the unthinkable happened.

A global pandemic shut the world down and all my students dropped out. I had no students, no launch, no revenue and no time or energy to start the enrollment process all over again.

I was utterly devastated.

Months of work, just gone. I was gripped by fear, anxiety and depression- the thoughts flooded in again- “See, no matter how much money or time you spend on personal and professional development, your work isn’t valued. Be grateful for your corporate paycheck. You should just stop trying to be a coach.”

And that’s what happened. I stopped trying. For 4 years, I put my dream on the back burner.

Eventually, I left corporate, got divorced and got into therapy. I started healing my body, mind and spirit.

Over the next few years, I went full time into my law firm, spoke at conferences for business women, and joined a mastermind with other women founders.

Then it hit me.

During the pandemic and the years that followed, I witnessed several online coaches and influencers help thousands of people and build successful businesses.

Why hadn’t I done the same? What was different between me and them?

One thing.

They had decided to have a successful business- no matter what.

They didn’t get distracted or discouraged by the news- and if they did they still moved forward anyway.

I lost 4 years of potential learnings, earnings and impact. And as much as that hurt, it lit a fire inside me.

I realized it may be 2024, but I could decide now to become the coach I’d always wanted to be. No matter what. There are no other options for me. This is what I’m built for and this is the desire of my heart.

I can have everything I want in this one precious life. And helping women glow up, identity shift and manifest their best life is my highest joy.

I can’t not do this work.

I decided I’m a million dollar manifestation coach- so what would a successful coach do??? Then I took massive aligned action.

I hired a coach, and she put together a brilliant launch plan for me. Then I dove in and created the content, wrote the emails, showed up online consistently and just finished my first online challenge. It was incredible- business women from all over the country showed up, shared vulnerably, let me coach them, and experienced major shifts in their lives and businesses, in just 4 days.

I’m writing to you on the other side of my shift- my social media engagement and email subscribers have exploded. I have glowing testimonials, and increased sales across both my businesses. Most of all, I have an unshakeable confidence now that I've stepped into my zone of genius. I don't have to pretend, perform or tolerate- my new mantra is "I don't do shit I don't want to do." And I absolutely want to live my life as a transformational coach, spiritual cheerleader and professional hype woman for other women.

What would happen if you allowed yourself to identity shift, glow up and become the best version of yourself? Who could you help and how would your life change for the better?

What’s the one decision you need to make that opens the doors to your dreams becoming a reality?

With love,

Nik
